Food Service

Our chef and kitchen staff provide restaurant quality cuisine and can meet a wide variety of dietary needs. The kitchen needs at least 15 people to serve in order to open. This can be accomplished either with one or more groups on the grounds.

 

All meals are served buffet style and typically include a salad, entre with two side selections, and dessert. Homemade soups are also found regularly in the lunch menus.

 

Meals are typically scheduled with Breakfast at 8:00am, Lunch at 12:00pm, and Dinner at 6:00pm. Those times can be adjusted if your retreat schedule requires it, and occasionally we will schedule groups 15 minutes apart to lessen the congestion in our four service lines.

 

Special needs, such as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan or other similar diets can be accommodated with advance notice.
